1. What these Terms cover

These Terms of Service govern your use of the website polyshiftc.com and your requests for private discovery tours ("Requests"). By using the site or submitting a Request, you agree to these Terms.

2. Requests, booking, and itinerary planning

Private discovery tour Requests are handled through the contact/lead request flow on the site. Submitting a Request does not automatically create a binding contract for a tour. We may confirm details, availability, and proposed itinerary, or decline the Request.

You should provide accurate information in your Request. We may use your information to arrange communication and to plan a proposed itinerary within the scope of the Request.

3. Availability, changes, and cancellations

Tour dates, times, routes, and inclusions may be subject to availability and may change due to circumstances beyond our control (including partner or venue changes). If a change affects the planned itinerary, we will make reasonable efforts to propose alternatives.

If we must cancel or significantly change a Request, we will notify you through the contact details you provide.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, polyshiftc.com and its representatives are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or your submission of Requests.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under mandatory Ukrainian law.

5. Consumer and distance-selling information (UA)

If you are a consumer and we provide services/products at a distance (online), we will provide you with the required pre-contract information and allow you to submit claims/objections through the same information channel used for the Request. 6. Privacy and personal data

If you submit a Request, we process personal data you provide for handling and communication related to the Request. You must provide consent where required, and we provide privacy notice information enabling data subject rights requests. 7. Marketing communications

Commercial electronic communications (e.g., marketing emails or messenger messages) may be sent only based on the recipient’s consent. Citation: Закон України "Про електронну комерцію" від 03.09.2015 № 675-VIII.
